Shay Dame
Head of Business Intelligence and Change
Shay is our Head of Business Intelligence and Change. He works across both the data and technology spaces, working with our IT and development teams to ensure our systems and processes are seamless for our case handlers and clients, whilst making sure that the business has the insights that it needs to make data-driven decisions.
Since joining Admiral Law in 2013, Shay has had numerous roles, from managing a team in our New Client Unit, to Business Change and Project Management, and now his current role where he is responsible for the Business Intelligence team, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Outside of work, Shay’s main hobbies include spending as much time outdoors with his wife and practicing his photography skills amongst nature, whether that’s travelling around New England, hiking closer to home, or visiting family in Cornwall – and finding nice places to eat along the way.
