Rob Harper

Managing Director

Rob joined Admiral Group in 2015 and became MD of Admiral Law in October 2024.

He is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the firm and developing strategy. Prior to joining Admiral Law he spent over 25 years in motor claims, holding a number of senior roles in both Admiral Group and ERS, where he spent the first 18 years of his career. Rob was a Non-Executive Director of Admiral Law, joining the Board in January 2024, prior to taking up a full time role with the firm. He also sat on the Board of Directors at Thatcham Research for 6 years and was Chair of the Audit Committee.

Outside of work, Rob spends most of his time with his family, running (slowly!), and supporting his lifelong rugby and football teams, the Scarlets and Swansea City… often with more heartbreak than celebration.

Rob holds a MBA from the University of Sunderland.
