Ruth Vowles

Head of Strategy

Ruth began her career as a paralegal, working in recoveries and personal injury. From there, she moved into leadership and operational roles, eventually leading departments across personal injury, civil, and defendant work. She’s spent the last six years leading on transformation, stakeholder management and change.

Ruth joined Admiral Law in 2025 as Head of Strategy – a brand-new role with big ambitions.

Ruth works across all areas; focusing on client experience, improved business outcomes, and empowering teams to challenge the status quo.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and mixing up tasty tipples for family and friends!
