Emilie Mitton
Hybrid Operations Manager
Emilie graduated from Cardiff University with a Law and French degree and went onto start her career as a Defendant Paralegal. She joined Admiral Law in 2016 at which point she became a Team Manager in the ULR team. She then moved into the Insurance Legal Services Department as a Team Manager in both Recoveries and Defence Litigation. Emilie has spent time as an Operations Manager within our Claimant Litigation department, and is now our Operations Manager for our Hybrid Department, where we handle ULR, MOJ, LVI and OIC claims.
She loves seeing people develop and progress in their careers. It’s really important for her to understand what makes people motivated and to focus on people’s strengths to ensure we get the best outcomes for our clients.
Outside of work, Emilie loves spending time with her family, travelling and spending time near the beach.
