Head of Business Intelligence and IT Change Operations Manager
Shay is our Head of Business Intelligence an IT Change Operations Manager. His primary responsibility is looking after the team that provide all reporting and insights to the firm, as well as having one foot in the IT change management world. He joined the company in 2013 and has been with the Business Intelligence team since 2018.
Since joining Admiral Law, Shay has had numerous roles, from managing a team in our New Client Unit, to Business Change and Project Management, and now his current role. He is responsible for making sure Admiral Law has the information it needs to understand how we are performing and to make decisions quickly, as well as supporting new projects or initiatives.
Shay also co-chairs our Diversity & Inclusion committee, as he believes opportunities within Admiral Law should be open to all, regardless of background.
Outside of work, Shay’s main hobbies include spending as much time outdoors with his wife, whether that’s travelling around New England, hiking closer to home, or visiting family in Cornwall – and finding nice places to eat along the way.
