Solicitor, Serious Injuries Team
Neil joined the Serious Injuries Team at Admiral Law in December 2015. He qualified as a solicitor in February 2009 and is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
His main practice area is serious and complex injuries. Neil has a special interest in motorcycle accidents, MIB claims, and complex liability disputes.
He has represented a wide range of clients, handling claims involving traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia, spinal injuries, chronic pain, serious orthopaedic injuries, amputations and fatalities. He has also acted in multi-party and cross-jurisdictional claims for victims of road traffic accidents abroad.
Neil has several noticeable settlements, such as securing £1,500,000 for a Claimant following an amputation and recovering £550,000 for another following a fatal car accident. He is currently acting for several clients who have suffered significant chronic pain injuries, multiple fractures, and potential amputees, to mention but a few.
Neil has prepared and delivered training for the MOJ and Fast Track departments within Admiral Law and is looked upon as an excellent technical point of referral.
Neil is married with one child and when he is not work he enjoys spending time with his family. When he has spare time he enjoys playing lead guitar in a band.
