Kerri Jones
Credit Control & Admin Operations Manager
Kerri graduated from Cardiff University with a PhD in Organic Chemistry. She joined Admiral Insurance in 2010 defending personal injury as well as public liability claims. She has 8 years experience of dealing with disputed liability claims including Fraud and Low Velocity Impact cases. She joined Admiral Law in 2013 as a paralegal specialising in Claimant Personal Injury in our Newport office dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for her clients. In 2015 Kerri became a team manager before moving into her current role as operations manager for the department dealing with MOJ portal claims in our Newport office.
Kerri believes that securing the best outcome for our clients as effectively as possible is paramount and truly believes that staff who enjoy what they do, do it better.
In her spare time, Kerri enjoys exercising, spending time with her friends and excellent food.
