Claims process

We aim to make your claim process as easy and straight forward as possible. Just follow the four steps of the claims process below.

The accident

After your accident, your claim is submitted to us. We’ll then take instructions from you and assess the viability of the claim.

The claim

Your claim is submitted to the other driver's insurance company. At this point, we will look to gather evidence in support of your claim, obtain medical evidence, and may arrange rehabilitation.

The negotiation

Whether the other driver's insurance company accepts liability or not, we will strive to negotiate a suitable settlement. In the event that we cannot negotiate a settlement, the case will be taken to court.

The settlement

After a successful claim, you will receive your settlement cheque.
